TD Synnex Integration: Overview

TD Synnex is one of the world's largest technology distributors, providing IT products, services, and supply chain solutions across hundreds of vendors including Apple, Cisco, Dell, HP, IBM, and Lenovo, serving resellers, managed service providers, and value-added resellers globally.

You can integrate Rev.io with TD Synnex using the Integrations Library in the Admin module. The integration keeps your product pricing in Rev.io up to date with current TD Synnex wholesale prices on a daily basis, eliminating the need to manually look up prices and update vendor costs by hand. Once connected, the sync runs automatically every day at 2:00 AM UTC and can also be triggered on demand from the integration settings.

When the integration runs, it updates the Estimated Cost on any product in your catalog that already has TD Synnex listed as a provider with a valid TD Synnex SKU. For products that have a Manufacturer Part Number but no TD Synnex provider set up yet, the integration cross-references that part number against the TD Synnex catalog and automatically adds TD Synnex as a provider when a match is found. If TD Synnex does not yet exist in your providers list, the integration will create it the first time it runs. The integration only updates pricing fields and will never overwrite the Primary Vendor flag, MSRP, list price, standard cost, or any other customizations on your vendor rows.

If you deactivate the integration, all existing product, vendor, and pricing data in Rev.io is preserved. Only the connection itself is turned off and nothing is deleted from your catalog.
