Managing Global Administrators
Each instance of Rev.io PSA is limited to 3 global administrator users. A global administrator has access to every permission in the system. No other user in the system can be assigned every permission unless they are a global administrator.
| NOTE: The first user to log into your Rev.io PSA instance is automatically granted Global Administrator permissions so they can configure system settings and manage other users as intended. |
Adding Global Administrators
Only users with global administrator access can add other global administrators. To do so, open the Edit User screen for the user you want to make a global administrator and select the Global Administrator option in the top right corner of their user profile.
| If there are less than 3 global administrators assigned in your database, any user can assign the global administrator permission. |
Viewing Global Administrators
Only users with global administrator access can view whether or not other users are global administrators. To check if you or other users are global administrators, open the View User screen for the user you want to check. Users with the global administrator access will have the Global Administrator label and a checkmark in the top right corner of their user profile.
