View Time Logs
The ticket Time Logs tab allows you to view a list of all the time logs entered on the ticket and access details for individual time logs.
Each field on the ticket Time Logs tab for viewing existing time logs is defined below.
No. | Label | Definition |
1 | Start | Start date and time for the time log. |
2 | End | End date and time for the time log. |
3 | Billable | Checkmark indicates the time log is billable. |
4 | Actual Time | Time in hours and minutes entered on the time log. |
5 | Billable Time | Time in hours and minutes entered on the time log that is billable. Billable time may also be calculated using rate minimums and rounding set by the Reason. |
6 | Reason | Reason on the time log. Hourly Rate and Product Code on the time log are tied to the Reason. The Reason also includes rate minimums and rounding. |
7 | Work Performed | Work performed by the tech for the time log |
8 | Tech | Tech whose time is entered on the time log. |
The following actions are available on the Time Logs tab.
- Add a new time log by clicking the New Time Log button in the upper portion of the tab. See the Create/Edit Time Logs article for more information.
- Sort each column in the table by clicking the column label in the table header.
- Edit the time log by clicking the ellipsis at the end of the row and selecting Edit from the menu options. See the Create/Edit Time Logs article for more information.
- Delete the time log by clicking the ellipsis at the end of the row and selecting Delete from the menu options. See the Deleting Time Logs article for more information.
