Customer Profile: Overview Section - Summary Tab
The Summary tab on the Customer Profile screen contains general information about the customer, including website, identity, address, and type. These fields can be edited easily at any time and generally give a quick insight into the main details for the customer.
Each field on the Summary tab is defined below.
No. | Label | Definition |
1 | Website | URL for the customer's website. |
2 | Identity | Identity associated with the customer. Identity options include Business and Residential. |
3 | Address | Address for the customer |
4 | Type | Type of customer. Type options include Prospect and Customer. |
5 | Created | Date and time the customer record was created. This field exists only in PSA. |
6 | Edit | Click to edit the customer. |
These actions are available on the Summary tab.
- Edit the customer by clicking the Edit Customer button in the header or the Edit button at the bottom of the Summary tab. See the Add/Edit Customers article for more information.
