Time Entry List View

The Time Entry List displays all time entries logged across your Rev.io instance, including both Ticket and Admin type time entries, allowing you to view and manage time logged by all users. The Time Entry List is accessible from the Service module in the sidebar. See the Create/Edit Time Logs article for more information on adding time entries.

Each field in the Time Entry List is defined below.

2EndDate and time the time entry ended.
3BillableIndicates whether the time entry is billable.
4TypeType of time entry, such as Ticket, Admin, or Time Clock.
5Actual ElapsedActual time elapsed for the time entry, in minutes.
6Billable TimeBillable time recorded for the time entry, in minutes.
7ReasonReason selected for the time entry, such as Labor, Installation, or Paperwork.
8Work PerformedDescription of the work performed during the time entry.
9Tech/UserTechnician or user who logged the time entry.

The following actions are available on the Time Entry List.

  • Filter the time entries displayed by clicking the Filter by Column button and selecting the desired filter criteria.
  • Customize which columns display in the list view and the order in which they display by clicking the Arrange button. See the Arrange Columns article for more information.
  • Save and switch between saved list configurations using the My Favorite Views dropdown.
  • Export the time entries displayed to a file by clicking the Export button.
  • Sort the results in the table by clicking the column label in the table header.
  • Edit a time entry by clicking the ellipsis at the end of the row and selecting Edit.
  • Delete a time entry by clicking the ellipsis at the end of the row and selecting Delete.
