Customer Profile: Billing Section - Unposted Tab
The Unposted tab on the Customer Profile screen contains a list of all unposted transactions on the customer record, displaying major details in the list view, including description, created date, type, amount, and bill range. Unposted transactions are items that have been added to the customer's account, but not yet posted.
Each field on the Unposted tab is defined below.
No. | Label | Definition |
1 | Description | Description of the unposted transaction. |
2 | Created | Date the unposted transaction was created. |
3 | Type | Type of unposted transaction. |
4 | Amount | Amount in dollars and cents of the unposted transaction. |
5 | Bill Range | Bill range for the unposted transaction. For one-time transactions, only a single date displays. |
The following actions are available on the Unposted tab.
- Search the transactions displayed on this tab by selecting a column from the dropdown above the grid and entering text in the Search field. The list view updates to display records matching your search in the column you selected.
- Customize which columns display in the list view and the order in which they display by clicking the Arrange button and making the desired changes. See the Arrange Columns article for more information.
- Sort the results in the table by clicking the column label in the table header.
- Access quick actions for payments, charges, credits, or invoices on the customer account. See the Customer Profile: Quick Actions article for more information.
