Deleting Time Logs
For time logs that were entered incorrectly or not needed, the delete functionality ensures your ticket only has accurate time logs.
From the Time Logs tab, click the ellipsis at the end of the row and select View from the menu options. In the view area that displays at the top of the tab, click the ellipsis and select Delete from the menu options to delete the time log.
Deleting a billable time log also deletes the associated line item on the Parts & Labor tab. |
