Rev.io Mobile App: Tickets
The Ticket List screen in the Rev.io Mobile app provides quick access to your ticket records with tools to search and filter results as needed. Each ticket entry displays key details, and tapping a ticket opens the ticket details where you can view and manage additional information. At this time, custom fields created for tickets do not display in the Rev.io Mobile app.
- Select a category and search for tickets in your database.
- Tap All, My Tickets, or Associated Tickets to filter the tickets displayed.
- Tap the filter icon to view additional ticket filters.
- View details for the ticket, including Customer Name, ticket Description, Status, Ticket ID, and Priority. Tap a ticket to view and manage additional details. See the Rev.io Mobile App: Ticket Details article for more information.
NOTE: The strip of color shown along the side of the ticket corresponds to the ticket's Priority.
