Customer Profile: Quick Actions
The Customer Profile screen contains relevant details for the selected customer. Fields shown in the profile can vary based on the data entered on customer creation or over time. If a field is left blank while editing the customer profile, it will not appear in the customer profile section.
The Quick Actions section of the Customer Profile screen allows you to access various options for payments, charges, credits, and invoices on the customer account. These elements are visible from every tab on the Customer Profile screen and allow you to manage essential account functions quickly and efficiently.
Quick Actions Available
These actions are available on the Customer Profile Quick Actions section.
- Apply a payment to the customer's account by clicking the Payment button.
- Create a charge for the customer by clicking the Charge button.
- Add a credit to the customer's account by clicking the Credit button.
- Create an invoice for the customer by clicking the Invoice button. At this time, you can only generate an invoice for all unposted transactions on the customer account. The option to create invoices for specific charges will be available in a future release.
