Deleting Calendar Items
For calendar items that have been cancelled or are no longer needed, the delete functionality ensures your calendar only has relevant details and stays up-to-date.
There are 2 ways to delete calendar items:
- Deleting the line item from a Calendar Items list view (Calendar Items tab on the Customer Profile or Calendar Items tab on the Ticket Details screen).
- Deleting the item from the Calendar Item Details screen (accessed by selecting View from the ellipsis menu options on a calendar items list view).
Deleting from a List View
From a calendar items list view, deleting a calendar item is as simple as clicking the ellipsis at the end of the row and selecting Delete from the menu options.
Deleting from the Calendar Item Details
Deleting a calendar item from the Calendar Item Details screen is as simple as clicking the ellipsis and selecting Delete from the menu options.
