Bulk Tools Overview

The Bulk Tools section of the Admin module allows you to manage your business at scale using spreadsheet-based tools. From this screen, you can import and update large volumes of data across your Rev.io instance without having to make changes one record at a time. Bulk Tools is accessible from the Admin module in the sidebar.

The following tools are available in Bulk Tools.

  • Bulk Product Import: Create new products in your catalog from a spreadsheet upload. Click Get Started to begin. See the Bulk Product Import: Overview article for more information.
  • Bulk Product Update: Download, edit, and re-upload your existing catalog products to make changes in bulk. Click Get Started to begin. See the Bulk Product Update: Overview article for more information.
  • Bulk Payments Import: Post historical payments across one or many accounts at once. Click Get Started to begin. See the Bulk Payments Import: Overview article for more information.
  • Operation History: View the history and results of your past bulk imports and updates. Click View History to open the operation history. See the Bulk Operation History: Overview article for more information.
  • QuickBooks Desktop Export: Export CSV files compatible with Transaction Pro Importer for QuickBooks Desktop. Click Export to begin. See the QuickBooks Desktop Export: Overview article for more information.
