✨Revii Credit Terms
Certain Revii services are subject to usage-based Charges measured in Revii Credits, as specified in the applicable Revii Credit Schedule incorporated into this Agreement. Included and promotional credits are provided at no additional charge. Licensee shall pay for eligible usage exceeding those credits at the rates stated in the Schedule, invoiced monthly in arrears under this Agreement’s payment terms. The Schedule shall specify the billing commencement date and be provided before charging begins. Changes remain subject to this Agreement.
Revii Credit Schedule
What this schedule covers
This Schedule explains how core Revii credits work for your new-platform billing account covered by the order or addendum that incorporates this Schedule into your Agreement with Rev.io. Legacy-platform fees are not included. If your Agreement or order expressly provides a different allowance, rate or usage limit for your account, that term applies instead of the corresponding standard term below.
Your monthly allowance
Your eligible covered billing account receives included credits each month at no additional charge. The allowance is based on your recurring new-platform subscription fees, excluding taxes, one-time fees and usage charges.
| Recurring new-platform subscription fees | Included credits per month |
| Under US$500 | 2,500 |
| US$500 to less than US$1,000 | 5,000 |
| US$1,000 or more | 15,000 |
Credits reset each calendar month in UTC. Each month runs from 00:00 UTC on its first day until immediately before 00:00 UTC on the first day of the next month. You receive the full allowance for your first partial month. A change to your allowance tier takes effect the following month. Unused monthly included credits expire at month end and do not roll over. Promotional credits, when offered, follow their stated terms.
How Revii uses credits
Operational work such as lookups, analytics and reporting, creating or updating tickets, logging time, changing customer or contact records, preparing quotes and other operational workflows uses your account’s shared credit allowance.
Operational work uses processing credits. The amount depends on the type and complexity of your request and the processing required. Voice follows the same credit usage rules.
Each successful Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool call uses one credit, plus any processing credits for the request. The one-credit charge also applies when no processing credits are used. Analytics and reporting via MCP can use processing credits even when no tool is called.
Illustrative credit examples
Example data as of September 22, 2026, based on observed usage from August 25, 2026 → September 22, 2026. Examples added October 26, 2026.
The following broad ranges illustrate processing credits for a conversation or workflow session, not a price per record or individual tool call.
| Example activity | Illustrative processing credits |
| Look up records or review a ticket | 5–250 |
| Run a report or analytical query | 25–450 |
| Create or update tickets | 25–400 |
| Import data from a CSV file | 100–500 |
Actual usage may be lower or higher. Credit consumption varies with the number of records involved, the amount and length of text processed, task complexity, and the number of steps or follow-up requests. These examples are not fixed prices, minimum charges, guaranteed ranges, or spending limits.
The ranges cover processing credits only. Each successful MCP tool call uses one additional credit under this Schedule. Activities identified as free in this Schedule remain free.
What does not use credits
General chat, product-documentation and Q&A, and other AI features such as ticket summaries, customer summaries, and Reviize are not charged under this Schedule. Failed actions are not charged. If every operational action in a turn fails, that turn uses no credits.
The same underlying usage rules apply in Microsoft Teams and to scheduled runs. Tax mapping and other separately priced specialized agents are outside this Schedule. Their prices are not set by this Schedule.
When you pay for additional usage
After your applicable included and promotional credits are used, additional eligible usage costs US$0.01 per credit. Charges are invoiced monthly in arrears under your Agreement’s payment terms. We keep usage at full precision and add it up once for your billing account and UTC calendar month. Only the final monthly credit total used for invoicing is rounded to the nearest whole credit, with half credits rounded up. We do not round each usage record.
When charging starts
Metering for chargeable usage starts December 1, 2026 at 00:00 UTC. December usage is first invoiced in January 2027. Only eligible usage from your applicable start date is chargeable. If you are moving from previously unbilled Revii usage, you will receive at least 30 days’ prior notice, or longer if your Agreement requires it. The applicable adoption or amendment requirements must also be met.
Minimum charges for tasks
Currently, the only task minimum in this Schedule is one credit per successful MCP tool call. Rev.io may introduce or update minimum credit charges for certain tasks in the future, subject to your Agreement and applicable law. We will identify the affected tasks, minimums and effective date before they apply and provide all required advance notice. Changes will not be applied retroactively.
Your allowance is not a spending cap
Eligible usage above your allowance may result in overage charges, subject to any express contractual usage limits. Charging does not depend on self-service budgets, alerts or automatic usage stops being available. This Schedule does not promise real-time metering or any particular spending-control feature.
