Dispatch Board: Ticket Panel
The ticket panel on the Dispatch Board displays unassigned tickets awaiting dispatch. Tickets are displayed as cards with color-coded severity indicators and show the ticket ID, description, customer name, and address. The count of tickets currently in the queue is displayed next to the Needs Dispatch label.
Clicking a ticket card opens a slide-out panel displaying customer information, ticket details, SLA deadlines, and work requested.
The ticket panel can be filtered and organized by user group using the User Group dropdown at the top of the panel. Filters for ticket type, priority, and severity are also available and save automatically per user group and user combination.
The following actions are available in the ticket panel.
- Search for a specific ticket by entering text in the Search field.
- Filter the panel by user group by selecting an option from the User Group dropdown.
- Open a slide-out panel with ticket and customer details by clicking a ticket card.
- Dispatch a technician to a ticket by dragging the ticket card from the panel to a technician's time slot in the timeline. See the Dispatch Board: Dispatch Window article for more information.
- Collapse or expand the ticket panel by clicking the double arrow icon at the edge of the panel.
