✨AI-Powered: Revii
Revii is Rev.io's in-app AI experience, available at the bottom of every screen in the application to help you work faster and make informed decisions. Clicking the Revii icon in the lower right corner opens the AI-powered chat interface, which allows you to enter custom questions using natural language and take advantage of agentic functionality to perform actions in your instance.
Revii includes two specialized experiences, each designed for a different type of task.
- Ask Revii is your AI assistant for getting things done in Rev.io. Use the Ask Revii tool when you want to take action, such as looking up records, navigating the system, or performing tasks using natural language. For more information, see the Ask Revii article.
- Revii Data Analytics is your AI analyst for exploring and understanding your data. Use the Revii Data Analytics tool when you want to ask questions about your business data, identify trends, or get answers without building a chart or running a query. You can copy Revii's response for use in other areas or applications by clicking the copy icon in the bottom left corner of the response. Additionally, you can provide feedback to help the AI model learn by clicking the thumbs up or thumbs down icons in the bottom right corner of the response. Similar to other AI chat tools, you can click the New Chat button at any time to start a chat with a new topic, or you can click any chat from the list of your previous chats along the left side of the window.
