Integrations Library: Marketplace Tab

The Marketplace tab allows you to review the list of available integrations in Rev.io PSA and is where you will find integrations when you go to set them up for the first time. You can search for available integrations by simply scrolling through the options or by using the Search integrations field at the top of the screen. 

You can also filter the options displayed to only show integrations that are currently active in your Rev.io PSA environment. To do so, simply click the Activated option at the top of the screen. The list of available integrations will update to show only integrations that have been configured for use in your instance by an administrator. Individual users do not need to have configured the integration for it to be included in the list of activated integrations. 

Clicking on any integration on the Marketplace tab displays a pop-up window with more information about the integration and the option to configure that integration for your Rev.io PSA environment. To begin configuring an integration for your environment, simply click the Configure button.
