Resetting User Passwords

Users with administrator permissions can initiate a password reset for a user in the system by accessing the user's profile and clicking the Reset Password button. That user will receive a password reset email where they can enter a new password. 

Changing User Logins

Users with administrator permissions can also update a user's login name by accessing the user's profile and updating the information in the Login Name field.
