Ticket Details: Addresses Tab
The Addresses tab on the Ticket Details screen displays the billing and service addresses associated with the ticket. From this tab, you can review the addresses on the ticket and update them if needed.
Each field on the Addresses tab is defined below.
| No. | Label | Definition |
| 1 | Bill To | Billing address associated with the ticket. |
| 2 | Service | Service address associated with the ticket. |
The following actions are available on the Addresses tab.
- Edit the addresses on the ticket by clicking the Edit button and selecting from the customer's addresses in the dropdowns.
