Adding Tags to Customer Profiles

The Header section on the Customer Profile screen features tagging functionality, similar to that found in Rev.io Billing. These tags can be used in a variety of ways to assist with customer management and allow you to see a clear snapshot of the customer account at a glance so you can make decisions quickly.

Adding a Tag

Adding a tag to a customer profile is as easy as clicking the New Tag button at the top of their customer profile. 

At this time, you can only add tags by typing the name manually in the Tag Label field and selecting a system Color from the dropdown. Eventually, you will be able to configure preset tags and colors in the system tables and simply select them from the dropdown. Additionally, you will also be able to generate reports based on your preconfigured tags.
