• When creating or editing customers, Rev.io PSA now validates U.S. addresses entered in real-time and provides suggestions to ensure accurate address information is being entered. [ADO-25281]

• The New Product screen has been updated to include fields from the product Features and Admin tabs, allowing you to enter valuable information as you're creating the product. Previously you had to add these details once the product was created. [ADO-53731]
• Ticket Activity Note Created is now available as a Triggering Event when creating workflow notifications. Selecting this option allows you to configure notifications that trigger when a new note is added to the Activity tab on a ticket. [ADO-50941, 50942]
• When creating new tickets using macros, the new Macros button on the Apply Macro window allows you to add and update macros in your environment. Additionally, if you do not have any active macros in your environment, a new message directs you to create one. [ADO-54120]
• When creating new tickets with Associated Techs, the Completed column is now hidden to avoid any confusion. Associated Techs can be marked Complete when editing the ticket. [ADO-53223]

• Creating or removing a ticket from a linked ticket relationship now adds a note to the System Entries section on the ticket Activity tab as expected. Previously, the entries were incorrectly being added to the Activity Notes section. [ADO-54169]
• When adding a public activity note on a ticket and selecting the Email option, email addresses entered in the CC and BCC fields are now included in the activity note. Previously, only the email addresses entered in the To field displayed on the note. [ADO-54035]

New Features

• Rev.io PSA now allows you to track work across multiple related tickets. You can select multiple tickets on the Ticket List view and use the new Link Tickets button above the grid to create the ticket relationship, select which ticket should be the Primary Ticket, and configure various Cascading Update Options. The Link Ticket button at the top of the ticket details screen also allows you to relate that ticket to an existing ticket relationship. [ADO-51084, 51336, 51060]
• You can review whether a ticket is linked to another ticket using the new Relationship column on the Ticket List screen. On the individual ticket, you can now see details about the linked ticket relationship in the header bar at the top of the ticket. [ADO-51033, 51339]

New Features

• Rev.io PSA now displays account relationships defined in Rev.io Billing, and allows you to select a parent account when creating new customers. The Customer List screen features the new Account Type column which displays whether the customer is a Parent, Child, or Standard account. From the Customer Profile screen, you can now see whether the account is a Parent, Child, or Standard account in the header at the top of the screen. Additionally, on the customer profile Overview tab, the new Related Accounts tab allows you to review the list of accounts linked to the customer you are currently viewing. [ADO-51509, 51505-51507]
• SMS notifications are now available in Rev.io PSA for workflow alerts. In the Company category on the System Settings screen, you can control whether SMS notifications are enabled for your Rev.io PSA environment using the Enable SMS for Internal Users option. When this option is set, users can enter their phone number in the SMS opt-in prompt that displays on their next login or they can enter it in the new SMS Notifications section in the My Preferences category on the System Settings screen. To configure a workflow with an SMS notification, select the new SMS Reaction Type on the Set Reaction step when creating or editing workflows.
• The new In-App Notification option is available in the Reaction Type dropdown on the Set Reaction step when creating or editing workflows. Selecting this option sends the selected Recipient an in-app notification to their Notifications Inbox, accessed from the notification bell icon in the top right corner of the screen. • The Dispatch Board now features the Display Company Business Hours option above the timeline. When set, this option displays your company's business hours in a different color on the timeline grid so you can see the difference when dispatching techs. [ADO-50880]

• When creating or editing tickets, you can now assign multiple techs to work a ticket, including a Primary Tech and other Associated Techs. Once assigned, you can view these techs on the Ticket List screen and in the Ticket Summary widget on the ticket stage side panel. • The Filter button on the Ticket List view now features the new Show Tickets Without Customers filter option, which hides any tickets that have an assigned customer, allowing you to focus on tickets that still need to be assigned. [ADO-30408]
• You can now add multiple providers to products with the Serialized, Non-Serialized, or Labor Product Type. These providers are available for selection on the Purchasing tab of the Product Details screen, allowing you to enter a corresponding SKU/USOC for each provider. [ADO-47963]
• For products with multiple providers, changing the Product Type to Service will force you to reduce the provider list to a single provider before you can save the change in order to prevent invalid data configurations. [ADO-48103]

• You can now create quotes in Rev.io PSA using the New Quote button on the Opportunities tab of the Customer Profile screen. At this time, you can create quotes manually by modifying various fields directly on the quote itself and emailing them to your desired recipients. Once a quote has been signed by all parties, a recurring services agreement is automatically created on the Recurring Services tab. • The sidebar menu now features the new Inventory module, allowing you to access the new Product Catalog list view where you can create, view, and manage physical and digital products for your quotes, tickets, and recurring services, including information related to their purchasing and taxes. • When adding permissions to a role, selecting any option automatically sets the view option, preventing users from accidentally omitting the view permission for essential actions. • The User Management list view now features a dropdown for filtering users, allowing you to select which column you want to use when filtering the results displayed. [ADO-32681]
• The User Groups list view now features a dropdown for filtering users, allowing you to select which column you want to use when filtering the results displayed. This list view also displays the Customize Columns button, which allows you to select/deselect which columns display in your list and click/drag the available columns to reorder them in your list. Bug Fixes

• Links added on ticket activity notes once again display in blue, underlined text. [ADO-33023]
• You can once again void a ticket as expected without generating an error. [ADO-33382]
• Removing a tech from a ticket now creates a note on the System Entries tab of the Activity tab on the ticket, displaying the change from the previous tech to Not Set. [ADO-32893]
