- The Invoices tab in the Billing section on the Customer Profile screen now features a menu at the end of each row, which allows you to View or Download any invoice listed. [ADO-45486]
- The new 'Create tickets' and 'Void tickets' permissions are available in the Ticketing section when creating and assigning roles to your users. [ADO-33702, 33715]
- The following new permissions are available in the new Portal Users section when creating and assigning roles to your users: 'Create new portal users', 'Disable/Enable portal users', 'Impersonate portal users', 'View portal users', and 'Edit portal users'. [ADO-43614]

Bug Fixes
- The Status, Severity, and Priority columns on the ticket list screen now consistently display the colors selected in the System Tables category on the System Settings screen. [ADO-45359, 38647, 38636]
- The Recent Invoices widget on the Customer Profile screen now defaults expanded on the Stage side panel, and the Invoice ID no longer incorrectly displays as a link. [ADO-45485]
- On the Unposted tab in the Billing section on the Customer Profile screen, one-time charges display with a single date in the Bill Range column instead of a range of dates. [ADO-45487]
- The Customer Profile screen once again features the Customer ID in the header of the screen. [ADO-45342]
- When adding a new payment using the Payment quick action on the Customer Profile screen, the Received Date field now displays at the top near the Payment Method dropdown. [ADO-45889]
- When adding new charges or credits using the Charge or Credit quick actions on the Customer Profile screen, the Product selected is now automatically copied to the Description where you can make any changes as needed. [ADO-45490]
- You are once again consistently prevented from sending a ticket to Billing if there is an active timer running on the ticket. [ADO-45052]
