New Features

  • When creating or editing tickets, you can now assign multiple techs to work a ticket, including a Primary Tech and other Associated Techs. Once assigned, you can view these techs on the Ticket List screen and in the Ticket Summary widget on the ticket stage side panel. When the Associated Techs have completed their work on the ticket, you can mark them as Complete on the Edit Ticket screen. [ADO-39140, 49733-49735, 49737, 49941]
  • The Ticket Tech Assigned workflow now features updated token options to support the new Primary Tech and Associated Techs fields on tickets. [ADO-49941]
  • The Product Catalog tab in the System Tables category on the System Settings screen now features the new Asset Type section, which allows you to enter, edit, and delete Type options for assets. [ADO-51133]
  • Current Billing customers can now click the new Rev.io PSA button in the toolbar in Rev.io Billing to access the PSA platform quickly and easily. [ADO-48182]


Updates

  • When adding or editing bill profiles, you can now preview an invoice by clicking the Preview Invoice or Download Preview icons that display once you upload a logo image. [ADO-49393, 51883]
  • When selecting role permissions, the view permission is automatically set if you set any other permission in the same category. For example, setting the Create new customers permission automatically sets the View all customers permission. [ADO-51631]
  • Customer portal users can now respond to public messages on tickets and attach images as needed. Responses from customers display on the ticket Activity tab in Rev.io PSA. [ADO-47611, 50965]
  • Dispatching techs on the dispatch board now requires the Create new schedule permission. The dispatch board also recognizes other permissions for viewing, editing, and deleting calendar items. [ADO-40189]


Bug Fixes

  • An issue that caused the ticket list to load slowly for some users has been corrected. [ADO-50815]
  • An issue that prevented users from sending some tickets to Billing has been corrected. [ADO-51601]

  • The Rev.io PSA Help Center, accessed by clicking the blue question mark icon in the lower left corner of the screen, now features the Chat option, allowing you to ask questions about the system using an AI chat bot. [ADO-51022]
  • The Rev.iize tool is now available when creating and editing calendar items. When you click the Rev.iize button, Rev.io's in-app AI assistant helps you craft the detailed Notes for the calendar item. [ADO-51714]

  • When selecting the Email option on the Invoices tab of the customer profile screen, the invoice attachment now displays the invoice name instead of "Download". [ADO-48837]

Bug Fixes

  • The grid on the Macros category on the System Settings screen now consistently sorts as expected. [ADO-50900]
  • The Product field now consistently clears to allow you to select new items after successfully adding items from the Parts & Labor tab to the ticket. [ADO-51766]
  • The State field on the New Customer and Edit Customer screens now behaves the same as other required fields on these screens. [ADO-49765]

New Features

  • The Bill Profile tab is once again available in the Billing Config category of the System Settings screen. This tab allows you to create and manage billing profiles that define billing rules, fees, and terms for your customer accounts.
  • The Accounting Periods tab is now available in the Billing Config category of the System Settings screen. This tab allows you to manage settings related to closing your accounting periods.
  • The Collection Templates tab is now available in the Billing Config category of the System Settings screen. This tab allows you to create and manage structured steps and limits for your collections processes. [ADO-45185]
  • The new Macros category on the System Settings screen allows you to define specific sets of field values for tickets in your instance. These macros can be applied to new tickets by clicking the new Apply Macro button on the New Ticket screen. The corresponding fields will be set to the values specified when creating the macro.   • The Rev.iize tool is now available on the Send Quote window. When you click the Rev.iize button, Rev.io's in-app AI assistant helps you craft the perfect message when sending quotes to your customers for approval. [ADO-51071]
  • The Rev.iize tool is now available on the ticket Time Logs tab. When you click the Rev.iize button, Rev.io's in-app AI assistant helps you craft the perfect description of their Work Performed on tickets. [ADO-50451]


Updates

  • The Add Payment quick action on the customer profile screen now features the new Apply to Invoice option, which allows you to select a specific invoice where you want the customer's payment to apply. [ADO-50871]
  • The Billing Information tab in the Overview section on the customer profile screen now features an Edit button, which allows you to update the Bill Profile and the Email on the customer account. [ADO-49040]
  • When adding items on the ticket Parts & Labor tab, the Provider field is now available, allowing you to view and update the provider for the part/labor item being added. [ADO-49058]
  • The new Convert to Asset field on the Admin tab of the product details screen allows you to set whether the system should automatically create an asset for the customer when a transaction containing the product is posted. [ADO-49063]
  • The Recurring Services tab in the Service section on the customer profile screen has been renamed Contracts to be more consistent with terminology used throughout the system. [ADO-51138]


Bug Fixes

  • For products without a UOM set, selecting the item on the Parts & Labor tab on tickets no longer incorrectly adds a default value for UOM. [ADO-49672]
  • Ticket Billing Queue is no longer available in the Default Starting Page dropdown in the My Preferences category on the System Settings screen. [ADO-50905]
  • Clicking an active ticket timer at the top of the screen now consistently takes you to the Activity tab without highlighting any other tabs on the ticket screen. [ADO-32614]
  • The element used to select any date fields throughout the system no longer displays incorrectly when accessed from a mobile device. [ADO-42327]
  • The field description for the Asset Status field on the New Asset screen now displays as expected in light mode. [ADO-50627]

New Features

  • The My Preferences screen now features the Preferred Language section where you can set a default language for your Rev.io PSA instance. This option changes the language of your specific environment only and does not impact any other users in the system. [ADO-43063]


Updates

  • When creating or editing a customer, you can now select a Bill Profile for the customer and enter a Billing Email where they will receive their bills. [ADO-49039, 49031]
  • When creating or editing bill profiles, the new Set as Default for Business and Set as Default for Residential options allow you to specify default bill profiles for your customers. Additionally, the new Auto Pay Incentive Credit section allows you to enter a credit to apply for customers using Auto Pay. [ADO-48578, 49428]
  • The Portal Users tab on the Customer Profile screen now displays users as soon as they are added to the system. Previously, users did not display in the list view until they logged into the Customer Portal for the first time. [ADO-47439]
  • You can now initiate password resets for users of your Customer Portal from the Portal Users tab on the Customer Profile screen. When you select the Reset Password option, the user will receive an email with a link to manually update their password for the portal. [ADO-40981]
  • The Allow Discounts field on the Admin tab of the Product Details screen has been renamed Allow Price Adjustments to better represent the functionality available. [ADO-50154]
  • You can now filter the technicians displayed on the Dispatch Board by user group. Selecting a group from the dropdown limits the technician list to users belonging to the user group selected. [ADO-38540]
  • The Ask Rev.ii widget now automatically displays expanded on any screen where it's available so you can access the in-app AI assistant in fewer clicks. [ADO-50452]
  • When creating a new residential customer, the system now automatically creates a corresponding primary contact so you don't have to reenter the customer's information on the Contacts tab. [ADO-50309]
  • When importing a product from the product catalog on the New Asset or Edit Asset screens, the Provider now displays in the list view to help you find the right product. [ADO-49893]
  • The quote templates available by default have been updated to feature Rev.io branding and a simplified appearance. [ADO-47498]


Bug Fixes

  • You can now add photo attachments to activity entries on tickets from mobile devices. [ADO-48737]
  • An issue that prevented users from creating tickets with specific words in the Work Requested field has been corrected. [ADO-48624]
  • Selecting a date in a different calendar year when adding or editing customer assets no longer causes the calendar to display incorrectly. [ADO-50046]
  • An issue that caused some users to receive duplicate welcome emails or password reset emails has been corrected. [ADO-48788]
  • The system now recognizes the Business Time Zone set in the Company category on the System Settings screen as expected. [ADO-39839]
  • Tapping anywhere on the main area of a screen or typing in a field now automatically closes the Stage side panel when using an iPad or tablet. [ADO-36118]
  • The Contact column on the Calendar Items tab of the Customer Profile screen now sorts as expected. [ADO-48092]

New Features

  • The Product Details screen now includes the new Features tab, which allows you to enter and manage specifications for the product. [ADO-48093]
  • The new Prorates on Activation and Prorates on Disconnect options are available on the Admin tab when viewing products with a recurring Product Type. These options automatically adjust the price of the product for the first and last month of service depending on the start/end date. [ADO-47616]
  • The new Allow Discounts option is visible on the Admin tab. In a future release, this option will determine whether you can discount the product when adding it to a ticket or service. [ADO-49061]
  • The New Payment Method screen is now available in the Billing Config category on the System Settings screen. This screen allows you to add new payment method types to your instance and configure fees for those methods. [ADO-49390]


Updates

  • Each technician in your instance can now have up to 3 timers running for different tickets at the same time. See the Tracking Time on Tickets article for more information. [ADO-49489, 49490, 49491]
  • Your instance can now have any number of global administrators, who are granted every permission available in the system. Previously, each instance was limited to only 3 global administrators. [ADO-48333, 48432]
  • When creating calendar items, selecting the All Day option now hides the Start Time and End Time fields for a smoother experience. [ADO-48955]
  • The Product Catalog tab in the System Tables category on the System Settings screen now features the Provider Ship Methods section, which allows you to enter, edit, and delete shipping options for providers.
  • The Customer Profile screen now features the customer sentiment at the top of the screen which reflects whether the relationship with that customer is positive, negative, or neutral.
  • The Add/Edit Asset screens feature several updates. The new Notes field allows you to enter any specific information for the asset, and the new Contact field allows you to select a contact from the customer's company for the asset. The Status dropdown has been replaced with a toggle to more clearly show the impact of changing an asset's status. Lastly, the new Import button allows you to import details directly from the product catalog to the customer's asset, which prevents you from having to duplicate the item's details manually. Bug Fixes

  • You can now remove previously entered dates when editing assets, save your changes, and update the record accurately. Previously, you could delete the values in the date fields, but the asset did not save properly. These fields now correctly display blank if no date is selected instead of showing an Invalid Date message. [ADO-49455, 49457]
  • An issue with time logs not being calculated correctly if they were created using the timer has been corrected. [ADO-48008]
  • Unchecking the Billable option when editing a billable time log now updates the Billable Time column on the list view as expected. [ADO-48195]
  • The Hide Past Completed Items filter option on the Calendar Items tab on the Customer Profile screen now consistently hides events in the past or tasks that have already been completed. [ADO-47554]
  • You can now add items from the product catalog to the Parts & Labor tab on tickets with a negative price to apply that item as a credit. [ADO-48196]
  • An issue that caused a manufacturer to display multiple times on the Product Catalog tab in the System Tables category on the System Settings screen has been corrected. [ADO-49453]
  • You can now sort contacts on the Contacts tab on the Customer Profile screen using the column headers as expected. [ADO-29140]

New Features

  • The Filter button on the Ticket List view now features the new Show Tickets Without Customers filter option, which hides any tickets that have an assigned customer, allowing you to focus on tickets that still need to be assigned. [ADO-30408]
  • You can now add multiple providers to products with the Serialized, Non-Serialized, or Labor Product Type. These providers are available for selection on the Purchasing tab of the Product Details screen, allowing you to enter a corresponding SKU/USOC for each provider. [ADO-47963]
  • For products with multiple providers, changing the Product Type to Service will force you to reduce the provider list to a single provider before you can save the change in order to prevent invalid data configurations. [ADO-48103]


Updates

  • Ticket Tech Assigned is now available as a Triggering Event when creating workflow notifications. Selecting this option allows you to configure notifications that trigger when a ticket's Tech Assigned changes. [ADO-39614]
  • When adding or editing items on the Contract Rates tab of a contract, the Start Date and End Date fields are now tied to the contract's start and end dates, and cannot be modified. This functionality will be available again in a future release. [ADO-48259]
  • The Contract Rates tab on the Contract Details screen now features the options to search and arrange columns. [ADO-45509]
  • The new Billing Configuration section is now available when selecting permissions for user groups or roles. This section features permissions for creating, editing, viewing, and deleting billing config on the System Settings screen. [ADO-46397]
  • The new Customer Billing section is now available when selecting permissions for user groups or roles. This section features permissions for creating, editing, viewing, and deleting billing information on the Customer Profile screen. [ADO-46396]
  • When creating or editing products or customer assets, the Provider field is no longer required, which allows for more flexiblility when managing these items. Similarly, when creating or editing providers, the Provider Type field is no longer required. [ADO-47961, 48409, 48482]
  • The Manufacturer and Manufacturer Part # fields now only display when creating or editing products with the Serialized or Non-serialized Product Type. [ADO-45511]
  • The Billing Information tab in the Overview section on the Customer Profile screen now displays the customer's Bill Profile first so that it's easiest to find. [ADO-48659]
  • You can now search for technicians on the Dispatch Board by entering their name in the Search field above the timeline grid. You can also sort the tickets in the ticket panel by their Ticket ID. [ADO-36032, 37863]
  • The ellipsis menu available at the end of each row on the Quotes tab in the Opportunities section of the Customer Profile screen now features the option to Delete quotes that have not yet been completed. [ADO-43747]


Bug Fixes

  • An issue preventing some users from receiving their PSA account credential emails or password reset emails has been corrected. [ADO-48118]
  • The Assets List submenu option no longer displays for users who don't have the correct permissions. [ADO-48454]
  • Selecting a contract from the Recurring Services tab on the Customer Profile screen no longer displays the Ticket History tab. Instead, the Contract Rates tab defaults as expected when the screen loads. [ADO-48415]

Previously, these permissions were display-only and did not impact users' access to the system.   • Clicking a scheduled item on the Dispatch Board now opens the calendar item in a pop-up window, allowing you to make any revisions without being taken to another screen. [ADO-42963]
  • The Dispatch Board timeline now defaults to begin at 8:00 AM to reduce unnecessary scrolling and align better with technician schedules. [ADO-42968]
  • The New/Edit Contract screen features two field name changes. "Recurring Agreement" is now "Contract Basis" to support adding additional contract basis options in the future. "Assigned Tech" is now "Default Tech Assigned" to better reflect that selecting a tech from the dropdown will add that tech as the default Tech Assigned on any ticket created for the contract.   • The tags available in the Customer Profile Header now feature an updated appearance and require confirmation before you can delete them. [ADO-47728]
  • The four Quick Action buttons on the Customer Profile screen (Payment, Charge, Credit, and Invoice) have been consolidated into a single New button at the top of the screen that allows you to take the same actions. [ADO-47477]

New Features

  • You can now create quotes in Rev.io PSA using the New Quote button on the Opportunities tab of the Customer Profile screen. At this time, you can create quotes manually by modifying various fields directly on the quote itself and emailing them to your desired recipients. Once a quote has been signed by all parties, a recurring services agreement is automatically created on the Recurring Services tab. Additionally, quotes can be edited and downloaded from the Opportunities tab at any time, even if they've already been sent. [ADO-39236, 39919, 43993]
  • The sidebar menu now features the new Inventory module, allowing you to access the new Product Catalog list view where you can create, view, and manage physical and digital products for your quotes, tickets, and recurring services, including information related to their purchasing and taxes.   • The new Product Catalog tab in the System Tables category on the System Settings screen features the Category, Subcategory, and Manufacturer sections, which allow you to enter, edit, and delete these options for your products. [ADO-30535, 31317-31318, 31321, 45456, 45497, 44007-44008, 44764]
  • You can now add credits to your product catalog by setting the List Price on the product to a negative number in the amount you want to credit the customer's account. These products can then be used throughout the system to add credits to contracts, tickets, or customer records. [ADO-46438]
  • Recurring service agreements are now available in Rev.io PSA, enabling you to track and maintain contracts for any service that bills on a recurring basis. An agreement is created for a specific customer, and can be tied to multiple tickets in your database. Once created, the Contract Details screen allows you to view details for the agreement, including parameters and ticket history.   • The Recurring Services tab is now available in the Servicing section on the Customer Profile screen. This tab allows you to create and manage recurring service agreements for your customers. [ADO-46638]
  • The Create/Edit Customer screens now feature the Default Recurring Contract widget on the Stage side panel. This widget allows you to set a default contract at the customer level so all the tickets you create for the customer account will automatically be assigned to the contract. When viewing the customer record, the Stage side panel features the same widget, showing details for the default contract. [ADO-44553, 44555, 46638]
  • The Customer Portal is now available, allowing your customers to access several self-service functions related to their tickets and invoices. Functionality to apply payments will be available in a future release. [ADO-43968, 43446, 40971-40974]
  • The Portal Users tab is now available in the Overview section on the Customer Profile screen. This tab allows you to manage Customer Portal access for your customers' users. [ADO-43916, 43301]
  • The Customer module sidebar menu now features the Assets List subcategory, which displays every asset in your database, allowing you to create, view, and manage items the customer owns or leases that you service or monitor, including physical equipment, digital licenses, and Telecom assets.   • The new Billing Config category on the System Settings screen will allow you to manage various elements for configuring billing in your database. Functionality for this area will be expanded in future releases. [ADO-44737]

  • The Payment History tab in the Billing section on the Customer Profile screen now features labels in the Method column to indicate whether a payment has been voided, refunded, or bounced. The menu at the end of each row allows you to manually select payments that bounced. [ADO-46858, 46032]
  • Ticket Status Updated is now available as a Triggering Event when creating workflow notifications. Selecting this option allows you to configure notifications that trigger when a ticket's Status changes. [ADO-34186]
  • When creating and editing tickets, the customers' information now displays as a widget on the Stage side panel to enhance readability. [ADO-46798]
  • The Send Feedback button in the top toolbar has been renamed Get Help to better reflect the purpose and function of the button. [ADO-46259]


Bug Fixes

  • After creating a ticket, you are no longer incorrectly directed to the Customer Profile screen. Instead, you will see the ticket you just created as expected. [ADO-46118]
  • The Ask Rev.ii widget on customers and tickets has been modified to provide more accurate results for ticket activity. [ADO-46925]

New Features

  • The Customer Profile screen has been completely overhauled and now features an updated header where you can add custom tags to the customer account. Similar to the Ticket Details screen, the Customer Profile screen also features its own Stage side panel, which currently allows you to access the most recent invoice for the customer, but will feature more options over time.   • The Customer Profile screen also displays additional billing information, invoices, unposted transactions, payment history, and a ledger, which can be accessed from three main tabs: Overview, Servicing, and Billing.
