• You can now create purchase orders directly from the Purchase Orders list view. Previously, purchase orders could only be created from tickets with items added to the Parts & Labor tab.

• The primary contact now displays at the top of the Contacts tab on the customer profile regardless of how you sort the contacts on the tab.
• The new Rebill Customer button on the Unposted tab of the customer profile allows you to create new monthly charges for the selected timeframe and rebill the customer on a new invoice.
• You can now update product costs when receiving items on a purchase order. This updated Cost applies only to the products on that specific purchase order and the new cost is reflected on the associated ticket. However, the Cost displayed in the product catalog does not update based on this entry.
• You can now select user groups and roles when creating users. Previously, you could only add user groups and roles by editing the user after it was created. [ADO-56807]
• Recently created users now display in the User Management list view immediately upon creation. Previously, users did not display in the list view until they logged into Rev.io for the first time. [ADO-56807]
• The new Copy option is available in the menu at the end of each existing role on the Roles & Permissions list view. This option allows you to create a role with the same permissions checked as the role you copied. [ADO-57998]
• The two notifications center icons in the top toolbar have been combined into one icon to simplify and consolidate our in-app notification functionality. The notification bell icon in the top toolbar now allows you to send and review notifications from one convenient location. Additionally, the Title field on the Send Notification window has been renamed Subject. [ADO-57738, 57846]
• The System Tables now feature search and Filter options to make locating specific values easier. Filters are set to hide inactive items by default, but you can choose to view inactive values if needed. [ADO-57966]

Bug Fixes

• The customer profile screen now refreshes automatically when other users in your instance make updates to the customer. Previously, you needed to manually refresh to see changes made by other users.
• When creating tickets using macros, if the Tech Assigned on the macro is no longer part of the Ticket Technicians User Group set in the Service category on the System Settings screen, you can still create a ticket using the macro without generating an error. That ticket will not have a Tech Assigned. [ADO-57886]
• You can now enter Time Entry Reasons in the system tables with numerical characters in the Reason Name without generating an error. [ADO-42330]
• Tasks created on dispatch board now save with the correct Start Time and End/Due Time as expected. [ADO-58026]

• The Customer Portal option is now available from the Admin menu, allowing users with the appropriate permissions to manage whether you can access invoices and tickets in the Customer Portal.

• Purchase orders are now available in Rev.io PSA, allowing you to generate purchase orders from your tickets and email them to the appropriate provider. To support this functionality, the Parts & Labor tab on tickets features the new Provider, Ordered, and Received columns. From this tab, you can select multiple items with the same Provider and click the Add PO button to start creating a purchase order. • Creating or removing a ticket from a linked ticket relationship now adds a note to the System Entries section on the ticket Activity tab as expected. Previously, the entries were incorrectly being added to the Activity Notes section. [ADO-54169]
• When adding a public activity note on a ticket and selecting the Email option, email addresses entered in the CC and BCC fields are now included in the activity note. Previously, only the email addresses entered in the To field displayed on the note. [ADO-54035]

New Features

• Rev.io PSA now allows you to track work across multiple related tickets. You can select multiple tickets on the Ticket List view and use the new Link Tickets button above the grid to create the ticket relationship, select which ticket should be the Primary Ticket, and configure various Cascading Update Options. The Link Ticket button at the top of the ticket details screen also allows you to relate that ticket to an existing ticket relationship. [ADO-51084, 51336, 51060]
• You can review whether a ticket is linked to another ticket using the new Relationship column on the Ticket List screen. On the individual ticket, you can now see details about the linked ticket relationship in the header bar at the top of the ticket. [ADO-51033, 51339]

New Features

• Rev.io PSA now displays account relationships defined in Rev.io Billing, and allows you to select a parent account when creating new customers. The Customer List screen features the new Account Type column which displays whether the customer is a Parent, Child, or Standard account. From the Customer Profile screen, you can now see whether the account is a Parent, Child, or Standard account in the header at the top of the screen. Additionally, on the customer profile Overview tab, the new Related Accounts tab allows you to review the list of accounts linked to the customer you are currently viewing. [ADO-51509, 51505-51507]
• SMS notifications are now available in Rev.io PSA for workflow alerts. In the Company category on the System Settings screen, you can control whether SMS notifications are enabled for your Rev.io PSA environment using the Enable SMS for Internal Users option. When this option is set, users can enter their phone number in the SMS opt-in prompt that displays on their next login or they can enter it in the new SMS Notifications section in the My Preferences category on the System Settings screen. To configure a workflow with an SMS notification, select the new SMS Reaction Type on the Set Reaction step when creating or editing workflows.
• The new In-App Notification option is available in the Reaction Type dropdown on the Set Reaction step when creating or editing workflows. Selecting this option sends the selected Recipient an in-app notification to their Notifications Inbox, accessed from the notification bell icon in the top right corner of the screen. • The Dispatch Board now features the Display Company Business Hours option above the timeline. When set, this option displays your company's business hours in a different color on the timeline grid so you can see the difference when dispatching techs. [ADO-50880]

• When creating or editing tickets, you can now assign multiple techs to work a ticket, including a Primary Tech and other Associated Techs. • The System Settings category in the Admin module now includes a My Preferences section, which allows you to select a default dark/light mode and choose which screen displays upon login. This new section replaces the sun/moon icon that previously displayed in the lower left corner of the screen to toggle dark/light mode. [ADO-30045]

• For tickets that have been sent to Billing or that have a Closed status, the Parts & Labor tab now displays View Time Log instead of Edit Time Log for part/labor items linked to time logs. This update prevents you from unnecessarily trying to edit the time log when it can no longer be modified. [ADO-31072] 
• Several ticketing screens have been optimized for use on mobile devices. Simply log into Rev.io PSA from a browser on a mobile device to see how our platform adjusts to the smaller screen size. [ADO-34219, 34230, 35072, 34351]
• A sentiment badge now displays at the top of the ticket details screen to show the general sentiment for the ticket based on an AI analysis of customer responses, which will become more accurate over time. Similarly, a sentiment badge displays on activity notes received from the customer on the Activity tab of the ticket. • Emails received from the customer now display on the ticket Activity tab with inline images and attachments directly on the activity note. Additionally, activity notes from customers now display in the same format as outgoing emails on the Activity tab. [ADO-30987, 29756]

Bug Fixes

• The Time Logs tab and Parts & Labor tab on tickets now display pagination controls that are right-aligned instead of center-aligned to match the functionality in other areas of the system. [ADO-33999]
• A message has been added to remind users to press Enter after typing an email address in the To Email field on the Create Workflow screen. An email address is not truly entered in this field until the user presses the Enter or Tab key on their keyboard. [ADO-35585]
• The dropdown used to enter information in time-related fields, like Start Time and End Time, has been updated for tablet and iPad devices, allowing you to enter and edit time selections as you would from a desktop computer. [ADO-35962]
