New Features
- When sending emails from the ticket Activity tab, the new address book icon allows you to view and add email addresses for contacts on the customer account or users in your own Rev.io instance. [ADO-51301]
Updates
- Purchase orders created before inventory management was last enabled in your instance will no longer be eligible for inventory-related features, like staging and committing receipts. We've introduced several tooltips and UI indicators to provide details if this happens in your instance. [ADO-58235]
- Purchase orders can now only be marked as Completed if all receipts have been fully committed on the purchase order. Once completed, the purchase order becomes read-only to prevent any further modifications. [ADO-58445]
- Users with the appropriate permission can now delete products from purchase orders not in a Completed or Void Status. Products can only be deleted if no quantity has been received on the purchase order. When a product is deleted, the linked ticket and On Order quantity values are updated automatically. [ADO-58115]
- Users with the appropriate permission can now change the Provider on an existing purchase order if the purchase order is not in a Completed or Void Status and no quantity has been received on the purchase order. Changing the Provider on a purchase order also updates the SKU/USOC field and Cost field to populate based on the values entered for the new provider. [ADO-58118, 58473]
- The Activity tab on tickets now features drag and drop functionality for adding attachments to your activity notes up to 10MB. [ADO-58043, 58552]
- The End/Due Date column is now available on the ticket Tasks tab and the Calendar Items tab on the customer profile screen. [ADO-57298]
- Rev.io now displays your company name in the left corner of the top toolbar, which populates based on the Company Name field from the Company section on the System Settings screen. [ADO-58450]
- The Rev.io Developer Portal, accessible from the Rev.io Help Center, now includes a Before You Begin section, which includes helpful information about using our API endpoints and a few basic error definitions. [ADO-57426]
- You can now create roles with every available permission in Rev.io. Previously, only 3 global administrators could be granted every permission in your instance. [ADO-58169]
- The weekly grid on the Timesheet screen now displays Sunday through Saturday to match a standard calendar. Previously, the week displayed Monday through Sunday. [ADO-58556]
Bug Fixes
- When a purchase order contains 2 or more rows for the same product, you can once again edit one line item without impacting the other rows. Similarly, you can once again enter unique serial numbers when receiving those items. [ADO-57943, 58376]
- After entering a partial receipt on a purchase order, the Receive All button now calculates the remaining quantity instead of receiving the full quantity again. [ADO-58453]
- If inventory management is disabled in your instance, you can now add items to existing purchase orders tied to tickets without those items also being incorrectly added to the Parts & Labor tab on the ticket. [ADO-58471]
- You can once again update the SKU/USOC for products on existing purchase orders as expected. [ADO-58474]
- Clicking the Email button on purchase orders once again attaches the purchase order as a PDF when sending the email from the system as expected. [ADO-58487]
- You can now sort the Relationship column on the ticket list view as expected. [ADO-58061]
- The system no longer incorrectly allows you to sort the Priority and Severity columns on the Ticket tab in the System Tables. Instead, you must drag and drop the line items to reorder your Priority and Severity options. [ADO-58216]
- You can once again consistently save information in the Features field on products in the product catalog. [ADO-58372]
- When adding assets on the Items Serviced tab of a ticket, the add asset section now remains open after adding an asset as expected so you don't have to reopen the form to continue adding items. [ADO-58472]
- Internal notes added to the ticket Activity tab once again consistently display the correct topic when the Email Public Activity Note option is set on the System Settings screen. [ADO-58511]
- Closed tickets no longer incorrectly display in the list of available primary tickets when creating ticket relationships. Only open tickets can be added to ticket relationships. [ADO-58513]
- You can once again add attachments in the Work Requested field when creating or editing tickets. [ADO-58518]
