View Asset: Details

The asset detail view displays all information associated with an asset record in Rev.io, including its description, device specifications, manufacturer and purchasing details, history, and related assets. Clicking on an asset from the Asset List View or from the Assets tab on a customer profile opens the asset detail view.

The header displays the asset name and current status, along with the following actions.

• Transfer the asset to a different customer by clicking the Transfer Asset button. See the Transferring Assets article for more information.
• Edit the asset by clicking the Edit Asset button. See the Add/Edit Assets article for more information.
• Return to the previous screen by clicking the Back button.

The asset detail view is organized into the following sections.

Stage

The stage panel on the right side of the asset detail view displays additional details and quick-access information for the asset. See the View Asset: Stage article for more information.

Overview Tab

The Overview tab displays the core details of the asset, organized across four sub-tabs: Asset Description, Manufacturer Info, Device Details, and Additional Information. See the View Asset: Overview Tab article for more information.

History Tab

The History tab displays a log of all ticket activity, deployment events, and ownership transfers associated with the asset. See the View Asset: History Tab article for more information.

Related Tab

The Related tab displays all assets that are related to the current asset, including parent and child relationships. See the View Asset: Related Tab article for more information.
