View Product: Details

The Product Details screen allows you to view all relevant details for individual products, including description, type, price, cost, and provider.

Product Details

Each field in the Product Details section is defined below.

1<Product Name>Name of the product.
2<Status>Status of the product. Status options include Active and Inactive.
3DescriptionDescription of the product.
4TypeType for the product.
5CategoryCategory for the product. 
6List PriceAmount your company sells the product for in dollars and cents.
7Standard CostAmount it costs your company to buy the product in dollars and cents.
8SubcategorySubcategory for the product.
9UOMUnit of measurement (UOM) for the product.
10ManufacturerManufacturer for the product. This field displays if the Product Type is Non-serialized or Serialized. 
11Manufacturer Part #Manufacturer part number for the product. This field displays if the Product Type is Non-serialized or Serialized. 
12UPCUniversal product code (UPC) for the product.

Inventory Quantities 

Each field in the Inventory Quantities section is defined below.

1On HandTotal quantity of the product on hand.
2ReservedTotal quantity of the product that is reserved for use on tickets.
3AvailableTotal quantity of the product available (not reserved). 
4On OrderTotal quantity of the product on outstanding purchase orders.
5Inventory ValuationTotal value of your inventory for this product.

Available Actions

These actions are available on the Product Details screen.

  • Edit the product by clicking the Edit Product button and making your desired changes. See the Add/Edit Products article for more information.
  • Adjust inventory quantities for the product by clicking the +/- icon in the Inventory Quantities section and making the necessary adjustments. See the Product Details: Adjust Inventory Modal article for more information.
