Marking Tasks as Complete/Incomplete
Tasks function similarly to reminders or digital sticky notes that allow you to schedule time to take various business actions. To see the different ways tasks can display on the Calendar, see the View the Calendar article.
Tasks automatically flag as past due if they are not marked as Complete during their scheduled times. Tasks can be marked as Complete and crossed out on the calendar view while Events do not display as past due or Completed. |
There are 2 ways to mark tasks as Complete or Incomplete:
- Using the line item from a Calendar Items list view (Calendar Items tab on the Customer Profile or Ticket Details screen).
- Using the Calendar Item Details screen (accessed by clicking an item on the calendar or selecting View from the ellipsis menu options on a calendar items list view).
Complete from a List View
From a calendar items list view, marking a task as Complete or Incomplete is as simple as clicking the ellipsis at the end of the row and selecting Mark Complete or Mark Incomplete from the menu options.
When a calendar item has been marked as complete in a list view, a green checkmark icon displays at the start of the row. |
Complete from the Calendar Item Details
Marking a task as Complete or Incomplete from the Calendar Item Details is as simple as clicking the ellipsis and selecting Mark Complete or Mark Incomplete from the menu options or checking/unchecking the Task Complete checkbox.
