Service Module Overview

The Service module allows you to manage various ticket-related functions in your database, including emailing customers, viewing ticket activity, entering time logs, and managing parts and labor on the ticket.

Tickets in Rev.io PSA are the main records that track customer requests for service and store details for the services provided. The Service module also include timesheets, which allow you to review and manage time logs by tech in weekly and daily views.
