View Calendar Item Details

The Calendar Item Details screen allows you to view individual calendar items related to the customer. Information for the customer associated with the calendar item displays in the customer information section.

Each field on the Calendar Item Details screen is defined below.

The order of fields on this screen may vary depending on the information entered for the calendar item or the size of your screen.

1<Subject>Subject for the calendar item. The Subject field is limited to 60 characters.
2DateDate for the calendar item, in the format Start Date – End Date.
3PrivateThe Private label and padlock icon display if the calendar item is set to Private. Private calendar items are limited to 1 attendee and are only visible for the rep in the Assigned To or Attendees fields.
4PriorityLevel of priority/importance for the calendar item. Priority options include High, Medium, and Low.
5TypeType of the calendar item. Type options include Event or Task.
6ActionAction for the calendar item. Action options for Tasks include Follow Up, Phone Call, Send Email, Send Letter, Send Proposal, and To-Do. Action options for Events include Appointment, Preventative Maintenance, Service Call, Lunch, Meeting, PTO, and Holiday.
7AttendeesFor events, the names of the reps in your company invited to the event. Calendar items set to Private are limited to 1 attendee.
8Assigned ToFor tasks, the name of the rep in your company who is assigned to handle the task.
9ContactName of the contact on the customer record for which the calendar item was created.
10Task CompleteCheck/uncheck the Task Complete checkbox to mark the task as complete/incomplete. See the Marking Tasks as Complete/Incomplete article for more information.
11Start TimeStart time for the calendar item.
12End TimeEnd time for the calendar item.
13LocationLocation for the calendar item.
14NotesAdditional information about the calendar item.

The following actions are available on the Calendar Item Details screen.

  • Add a new calendar item by clicking the New Calendar Item button and entering the relevant details. See the Create/Edit Calendar Items article for more information.
  • Edit the calendar item by clicking the ellipsis and selecting Edit from the menu options. See the Create/Edit Calendar Items article for more information.
  • Delete the calendar item by clicking the ellipsis and selecting Delete from the menu options. See the Deleting Calendar Items article for more information.
  • Mark tasks as Complete or Incomplete by clicking the ellipsis and selecting Mark Complete or Mark Incomplete from the menu options or by checking/unchecking the Task Complete checkbox. See the Marking Tasks as Complete/Incomplete article for more information.
