Zoho CRM Integration: Overview
Zoho CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform that helps businesses manage their sales pipeline, track deals, and maintain customer and contact records.
You can integrate Rev.io with Zoho CRM using the Integrations Library in the Admin module. The integration automatically syncs won deals from Zoho CRM into Rev.io as opportunities, customers, and contacts. When a deal in Zoho reaches a stage you configure, the integration brings that deal along with its associated account and contact into Rev.io, eliminating the need to re-enter data manually.
The integration is one-way from Zoho CRM to Rev.io. It does not modify your deals, accounts, or contacts in Zoho, with the exception of writing Rev.io record IDs back onto synced Zoho records to prevent duplicates on future runs.
