NOTE: Export in date ranges of six months or less for best performance. Larger ranges may take longer to process and could result in timeouts. If you need data beyond six months, run multiple exports in smaller increments.
Downloading Your Files
After selecting your data types and date range, click Export CSV.
The system will process your export and display the record count for each entity type.
Download each CSV file individually using the dropdown arrows next to each data type name.
When you are done downloading, click Finish. Your export will be recorded in the export history at the bottom of the page, showing the date, data types, record counts, and whether the export succeeded or failed.
NOTE: If an export fails, click Retry to run it again. The error message will indicate what went wrong.
