Arrange Columns

List views in Rev.io PSA, including the Customer List view and Ticket List view, feature the Arrange button at the top of the screen. This option allows you to select which columns display in the list view and change the order in which they display.

Showing/Hiding Columns

To change whether or not a column displays in the list view, click the Arrange button and simply check or uncheck the box next to the column name. 

Unchecked columns are hidden from the list view and do not display. The number of unchecked/hidden columns displays below the Columns menu heading.

Reordering Columns

To change the order of the columns in the list view, click the Arrange button and simply click and drag using the hamburger icons to reorder the columns as desired.

Resetting Column Display

To reset the columns to their default display in the list view, simply click the Reset button. The columns will return to their default order and any hidden columns will be shown.
