Sherweb Integration: Overview
Sherweb is a cloud solutions distributor that provides Microsoft 365, Exchange, Acronis, and other vendor subscriptions to managed service providers and technology partners.
You can integrate Rev.io with Sherweb using the Integrations Library in the Admin module. The integration automatically syncs your Sherweb subscription costs to your Rev.io product catalog on a daily basis, keeping your costs accurate without manual updates. When a product in your catalog matches an active Sherweb subscription, the integration updates the cost on that product using your account's current Sherweb pricing. For products not yet linked to Sherweb, the integration uses the Sherweb SKU stored on the product to find the matching subscription and adds Sherweb as a vendor automatically.
All costs are stored as a monthly amount regardless of the subscription billing cycle. Yearly and multi-year subscriptions are divided down to a monthly figure so costs remain consistent and comparable across your catalog year-round.
The integration only updates product costs. It does not modify selling prices, create or delete products, or set Sherweb as the primary vendor on any product.
