Pax8 Integration: Overview

Pax8 is a cloud marketplace and distribution platform that enables Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to buy, sell, and manage cloud solutions through a single hub. The platform offers consolidated billing, automated provisioning, and integrated support for technologies like Microsoft 365, while also providing access to a curated catalog of cloud vendors. Beyond simplifying IT operations, Pax8 equips MSPs with educational resources, professional services, and technical support to help them scale and grow their businesses.

You can integrate Rev.io PSA with Pax8 using the Integrations Library in the Admin module. The integration features a 2-way sync for customers between Pax8 and Rev.io, and a 1-way sync for products from Pax8 to the Rev.io product catalog for quote and invoice creation. The integration defaults to sync every 1 hour, but you can adjust the sync schedule to your preference when connecting and configuring the integration.

The Pax8 integration differs from most other integrations offered in Rev.io PSA as it only requires the initial admin configuration to deploy the integration to your PSA environment and does not require individual users to manage the integration in any way. As such, if you deactivate the Pax8 integration, it will be deactivated for your company's entire Rev.io PSA environment.
