Hudu Integration: Overview
Hudu is a password management and documentation platform built for Managed Service Providers and internal IT teams. It provides a centralized workspace to organize assets, passwords, standard operating procedures, and knowledge bases across multiple client environments.
You can integrate Rev.io with Hudu using the Integrations Library in the Admin module. The integration keeps your Rev.io customer data and Hudu automatically in sync in real time. When a customer record is created or updated in Rev.io, those changes are reflected in Hudu automatically, so your documentation platform always reflects your current customer base without requiring any manual updates.
| NOTE: To deactivate a customer's Hudu sync, you'll need to remove the sync manually from both Rev.io and Hudu. |
