Google & Outlook Integrations: Overview
The Google and Outlook integrations enable Rev.io PSA users to sync calendar events between their Rev.io PSA calendars and their Google or Outlook calendars. The integration syncs all calendar items assigned to the user in PSA to their Google/Outlook calendar. Additionally, all calendar events sync from Google/Outlook to Rev.io PSA regardless of whether the user is owner of the event or just an attendee as long as the owner of the Google/Outlook event is also a Rev.io PSA user since that event must be mapped to an owner.
Both the Google and Outlook integrations must be configured in two main steps: the initial admin configuration to set up the integration in your environment and individual user configurations to allow users to connect to their specific Google/Outlook accounts.
