✨AI-Powered: Rev.iize Tool

The Rev.iize tool is part of Rev.io's in-app AI assistant which helps you craft the perfect responses for your customers. This functionality is available in several areas of the system, making it easy for you to take advantage of AI revisions when entering text. For example, on the ticket Activity tab, you can simply enter the message you'd like to send to your customer and click the Rev.iize button. 

Alternatively, you can simply click the Rev.iize button without entering any text. Either way will open the Rev.iize Text window, which allows you to add or modify what you've written.

Once you've entered or confirmed the text by clicking the Rev.iize Text button, the tool processes your request and displays a detailed response, transforming your technical notes into verbiage that's customer-ready.

The following actions are available once the Rev.iize tool has generated a response for you.

• Modify the response provided by the Rev.iize tool by by typing directly into the Rev.iized Text box.
• Change what you provided to the Rev.iize tool by clicking the Edit Original button. 
• Prompt the Rev.iize tool to draft a new response by clicking the Regenerate button.
• Copy the response for use in other areas or applications by clicking the Copy Rev.iized Text button.
• Use the AI-powered response immediately by clicking the Accept Changes button. The Rev.iized Text will replace any text you entered in the field in Rev.io PSA.
