Customer Portal: Navigation

The Customer Portal allows end users to access several self-service functions in just a few clicks, including creating, viewing, and downloading tickets, viewing and downloading invoices, and adding and viewing payments. The Customer Portal is easy to navigate, featuring only a header and sidebar menu to allow your customers to quickly find what they need.

Each area of the Customer Portal is defined below.

a.LogoClick the Rev.io logo to return to the home screen of the customer portal.
b.<Company>Name of your customer's company so the end user can see they've logged into their instance.
c.ProfileClick the profile icon to change theme or log out of the Customer Portal.
d.Sidebar MenuSelect an option from the sidebar menu to view the related screen.
