Help & Support

The Help & Support button in the top right toolbar of the Rev.io interface allows you to submit feedback or contact the Rev.io support team directly from within the application. Click the Help & Support button at any time to open the Contact Rev.io window.

Each field in the Contact Rev.io window is defined below.

1SubjectThe category for your request. Subject options include Suggest a New Idea or Feature and Contact Support.
2DetailsA description of your request, feedback, or issue. Provide as much detail as possible to help the Rev.io team respond effectively.

The following actions are available in the Contact Rev.io window.

  • Attach a screenshot to your request by clicking the Attach Screenshot button. This captures a screenshot of your current screen and attaches it to the submission automatically.
  • Record a short video of your screen by clicking the Record Video button. This is useful for demonstrating an issue or walking through a scenario that is difficult to describe in text.
  • Submit your request by clicking the Submit button.
  • Close the window without submitting by clicking the X at the top right of the window.
