Dispatch Board: Overview

The Dispatch Board gives you a single access point to manage ticket requests and efficiently dispatch service technicians. This screen is divided in two main sections: the ticket panel and the scheduling board. These areas allow you to view details about the tickets needing your attention while simultaneously viewing your technicians' schedules to confirm their availability. The ticket panel also allows you to launch the dispatch window where you can select options to create the calendar item.
