Acronis Integration: Overview
Acronis is a cyber protection platform that provides backup, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and RMM solutions. Integrating Rev.io with Acronis allows customer data from Rev.io to be synchronized with Acronis to support management and operational workflows.
You can integrate Rev.io with Acronis using the Integrations Library in the Admin module. Currently, the integration supports a one-way sync of customers from Rev.io to Acronis and syncs automatically every 3 minutes. Additional functionality and expanded data synchronization will be introduced in future releases.
| NOTE: The Acronis integration differs from most other integrations offered in Rev.io as it requires you to work with the Rev.io sales team to complete the required Acronis account registration before you can configure the integration in your Rev.io instance. |
