QuickBooks Online Integration: Overview

QuickBooks Online is a cloud-based accounting software from Intuit that helps small and growing businesses manage their finances by tracking income and expenses, sending invoices, managing bills, capturing receipts, tracking mileage, and generating financial reports.

You can integrate Rev.io PSA with QuickBooks Online using the Integrations Library in the Admin module. The integration features a sync for customers, products, and invoices. The integration defaults to sync every 1 hour, but you can adjust the sync schedules to your preference when connecting and configuring the integration.

The QuickBooks Online integration differs from most other integrations offered in Rev.io PSA as it only requires the initial admin configuration to deploy the integration to your PSA environment and does not require individual users to manage the integration in any way. As such, if you deactivate the QuickBooks Online integration, it will be deactivated for your company's entire Rev.io PSA environment.
