Step Four: Configure Quote Templates
Quote Templates define how your quotes are presented to customers, including the layout, branding, and information displayed. Customizing these templates helps ensure your quotes reflect your company’s style and provide customers with clear, professional details. You might have a single quote template that works for your needs, or you may need to create multiple templates to accommodate various business needs.
Tip! The most important part of your template is the Quote Builder Block element, which is where you will add the products when creating a quote on a customer so make sure your quote has that element included.
Follow the steps outlined below to customize your quote template(s). We've included a few short training videos on how to customize your templates. You can either modify one of the pre-loaded options or create your own from scratch.
