Logging into Rev.io PSA
Logging into Rev.io PSA is as easy as entering your login credentials and completing two-factor authentication. New users requiring access to the system should contact their manager or system administrator for assistance.
| NOTE: If you have credentials for Rev.io Billing, use those same credentials to log into Rev.io PSA. Billing users do NOT need new PSA accounts. Once a user logs into Rev.io PSA for the first time, their user will display in the User Management list view. See the User Management List View article for more information. |
Once your manager or system administrator enters your user information into Rev.io PSA, you will receive an automated email, instructing you to set up your password and log into your account for the first time. Simply click the Reset Password button and you will be able to enter your own password for Rev.io PSA.
Every time you login to the system, you will see the main login screen where you need to enter your credentials to login. This screen is the same for both Rev.io Billing and Rev.io PSA so it make look familiar if you've used the Billing platform before.
To log in, simply enter your credentials and click Login. Complete the 2-factor authentication by entering the verification code sent to your email address and then you will be redirected back to your Rev.io PSA environment.

While the two systems, Billing and PSA, are designed to work together seamlessly, the login/logout functionality is a separate action for each environment. Logging into one system only logs you into that system, and logging out of one system only logs you out of that system. For example, logging into Rev.io PSA does not log you into Rev.io Billing.
