Rev.io PSA is a professional services automation (PSA) application that works seamlessly with Rev.io Billing to provide best-in-class billing and back office services, from customer and contact management to ticketing and workflow notifications. Using these products as a single system ensures everyone in your company has access to the tools they need to maximize efficiency and keep your business profitable.
The following modules are included in Rev.io PSA.
- Customers. View and manage customers in your database, along with the associated tickets, calendar items, invoices, quotes, and more.
- Service. Manage various ticket-related functions, including emailing customers, viewing ticket activity, entering time logs, and managing parts and labor on the ticket.
- Inventory. Create, view, manage, and create purchase orders for physical and digital products in your product catalog for use on your quotes, tickets, and recurring service agreements.
- Scheduling. Manage rep calendars, schedule tasks and events, access calendar items for specific customers or tickets, and dispatch technicians effectively.
- Billing. View and manage various billing functions in your database, including invoice management.
- Reports. Generate and review core reports and dashboards to analyze your data and make informed decisions.
- Admin. Manage various administration functions, including user permissions, workflow notifications, and system settings.
