Managing Contacts in Rev.io Billing for Use in Rev.io PSA

Creating a contact in Billing provides several field options for advanced customization. While you can configure any number of these fields when creating contacts for use in Billing, only certain fields are mapped to your Rev.io PSA environment. 

NOTE: This article specifically addresses managing contacts in Rev.io Billing for use in Rev.io PSA. 


Billing Fields Visible in PSA

The following Billing fields are visible in PSA. Entering any information in fields other than the ones listed below can still be essential for your business processes, but the data will not be visible in Rev.io PSA.

The contact most recently set as Primary in Billing becomes the primary contact in PSA.

While Rev.io Billing supports multiple primary contacts, Rev.io PSA supports one primary contact.

Email address for the contact. 

While Billing supports multiple email addresses separated by a comma, PSA only supports one email address per contact.
Company Tab
5TitleTitle for the contact's role within their organization. 
Address Tab
6Line 1Line 1 for the contact's address.
7Line 2Line 2 for the contact's address.
8CityCity for the contact's address.
9StateState for the contact's address.
10ZipZIP code for the contact's address.
11Zip+4Additional 4 digits of the ZIP code for the contact's address, if applicable.

Fields Visible Only in PSA

These fields on the Contact Profile exist only in Rev.io PSA and are not mapped to any fields in Rev.io Billing.
