Check out the latest updates in Rev.io!

Forge Features

These enhancements were developed as part of our Forge program where our engineers go all-in to create bold, cutting-edge innovations designed to deliver exceptional value for our clients. Because these are beta features still under active development, you may experience minor issues as we continue to improve them. We encourage you to share your feedback so we can focus on the enhancements that matter most to you. Documentation and training resources will be available in the coming weeks as these features continue to evolve.

  • The Projects module now features the Duplicate option, allowing you to copy a project, along with its associated phases, tasks, tickets, and budget hours. When duplicating a project, you can also assign the duplicated project to a different customer, if desired. [ADO-60519]
  • The new LinkedIn Notifications section in the My Preferences category on the System Settings screen allows you to subscribe to notifications for title or company changes on a contacts' saved LinkedIn profiles. Rev.io monitors those profiles daily at 6AM EST and sends in-app notifications to subscribed users when changes are detected, helping your team stay informed of updates that may impact the account. [ADO-60544]

New Features

  • The new Addresses tab in the Overview section on the Customer Profile screen allows you to add multiple addresses and categorize them using the new Address Types configured in System Tables. Each Address Type supports one Primary address, and addresses marked as the Service Address Type are used for tax calculation. System-defined address types and their associated addresses cannot be deleted. [ADO-60137]

Updates

  • We’ve significantly improved the performance, stability, and transparency of the product catalog sync for quoting. Syncs now run faster and more efficiently by skipping unchanged products, reducing API calls, and preventing unnecessary resyncs. Improved error handling, safeguards, and enhanced monitoring provide more reliable syncing and better visibility into each cycle. [ADO-60032, 60151]
  • The Workflows List view now includes Search functionality and the Filter button for easier navigation, and the Create New Workflow button has been renamed Add Workflow for consistency with the rest of the system. [ADO-58168]
  • When creating new customers, the Status dropdown now includes the Prospect option. Previously, this Status option existed in the system but wasn't available during customer creation. [ADO-60134]
  • Contact Type is now available as an option in the Search dropdown on the Contacts tab in the Overview section on the Customer Profile screen. [ADO-60209]
