4.22.25 Release Notes

Check out the latest updates in Rev.io PSA!

New Features

  • The main toolbar across the top of the screen now features the new notification options, which allow you to send direct messages to users in your instance and see your unread notifications, including direct messages and ticket assignments. [ADO-37773, 37809]
  • The new Ticket Created option is now available in the Triggering Event dropdown when creating workflows. This option allows you to schedule a workflow notification when tickets are created that match conditions you set using one or more of the following fields: Billing Status, Contact, Created By, Customer, Description, Priority, Severity, Status, Tech Assigned, and Type. [ADO-34175]

Updates

  • When adding or editing users to records in Rev.io PSA, the list of users available in dropdowns in now limited to only active users for easier selection. If a user previously selected in one of these fields becomes inactive, that user still displays in the list until another user is selected. These changes apply to the following fields. [ADO-31946-31950, 31952, 34428]
    • Tech Assigned on tickets
    • Action By on customer journal notes
    • Attendee on Event-type calendar items
    • Assigned To on Task-type calendar items
    • Add User on user groups
  • For tickets created via email that were not matched to a customer, the Delete Ticket button is now conveniently located on the page header so you can easily remove irrelevant tickets from your instance. [ADO-30674]
  • The Customer List view now defaults to hiding any customers with a Closed Status. You can still display any closed customers by clicking the Filter button and unchecking the Hide Closed Customers option. [ADO-38136]

Bug Fixes

  • When adding and editing users, the required fields (Login Name, First Name, Last Name, and Email Address) now display with asterisks as expected so you can easily see which fields need to be completed to create a user. [ADO-38468]
