New Features
- Rev.io PSA now allows you to track work across multiple related tickets. You can select multiple tickets on the Ticket List view and use the new Link Tickets button above the grid to create the ticket relationship, select which ticket should be the Primary Ticket, and configure various Cascading Update Options. The Link Ticket button at the top of the ticket details screen also allows you to relate that ticket to an existing ticket relationship. [ADO-51084, 51336, 51060]
- You can review whether a ticket is linked to another ticket using the new Relationship column on the Ticket List screen. On the individual ticket, you can now see details about the linked ticket relationship in the header bar at the top of the ticket. [ADO-51033, 51339]
- The Related Accounts tab is now available in the Overview section on the customer profile screen. This tab allows you to view any accounts linked to the customer account you're viewing, including parent, child, and sibling accounts. [ADO-51743]
- The new Billing module is available on the sidebar menu, allowing you to access the new Invoice Management functionality. The Invoice Management screen allows you to access tabs to Create Invoices, Email Invoices, Process Payments, and view History. [ADO-48735, 48831, 49439, 48835]
Updates
- The Company category on the System Settings screen now features the new Company Holidays section where you can manage the list of holidays observed by your business. [ADO-30555]
- The Time Entry Reason section in the System Tables now displays automatically expanded so you can easily see your time entry reasons as soon as you navigate to the tab. [ADO-52750]
- When creating workflow notifications using the In-App Notification Reaction Type, the Recipient field now populates a list of users instead of a token selector so you can easily select the intended recipient. [ADO-53103]
- You can now control which users can unlink tickets that have been related using the new Unlink all tickets in a relationship permission on the Ticketing permissions tab. [ADO-51403, 51085]
- The Contracts tab in the Service section on the customer profile screen now automatically sorts to display the most recently created contract at the top of the grid. [ADO-53703]
- You can now specify a License Type when creating or editing users in your instance so that you can manage how your full licenses and field licenses are distributed within your organization. [ADO-45226]
Bug Fixes
- Inactive providers are no longer available for selection in the Provider dropdown when adding items to the Parts & Labor tab on tickets. [ADO-52501]
- When a quote is signed by all parties, a ticket is once again created for all non-recurring items on the quote as expected. [ADO-53701]
- When you void a ticket, the reason you entered to explain why you voided the ticket now displays in the System Entries section on the Activity tab of the ticket as expected. [ADO-53172]
- The search function in the Macros category on the System Settings screen now returns search results as intended. [ADO-51800]
- Clicking the column headings on the Contracts tab in the Service section on the customer profile screen now sorts the list as expected. [ADO-53645]
- You can once again consistently update the Contact on a ticket without generating an error. [ADO-53908]
- The back button on your browser now works consistently when viewing the Timesheet screen. [ADO-53209]
