Check out the latest updates in Rev.io PSA!
New Features
- You can now create quotes in Rev.io PSA using the New Quote button on the Opportunities tab of the Customer Profile screen. At this time, you can create quotes manually by modifying various fields directly on the quote itself and emailing them to your desired recipients. Once a quote has been signed by all parties, a recurring services agreement is automatically created on the Recurring Services tab. Additionally, quotes can be edited and downloaded from the Opportunities tab at any time, even if they've already been sent. [ADO-39236, 39919, 43993]

[ADO-43194, 28104, 43185, 43641, 43642, 45025]

- Recurring service agreements are now available in Rev.io PSA, enabling you to track and maintain contracts for any service that bills on a recurring basis. An agreement is created for a specific customer, and can be tied to multiple tickets in your database. Once created, the Contract Details screen allows you to view details for the agreement, including parameters and ticket history.
