New Features

  • The Rev.iize tool is now available on the ticket Activity tab. When you click the Rev.iize button, Rev.io's in-app AI assistant helps you craft the perfect responses for your customers' tickets. [ADO-46188]


Updates

  • The My Preferences category on the System Settings screen now features the Reset Password section, which allows users to manually reset their password directly in the application. [ADO-42803]
  • The contracts/recurring services functionality in Rev.io PSA features several updates. You can now select a Tech Assigned from the dropdown which is populated with the Ticket Technicians Rep Group set in the Service category of the System Settings screen. [ADO-46474] The Contract Rates tab now allows you to add items from your product catalog to be covered on the contract. [ADO-43748, 44970]
  • The Product Type dropdown now features Labor, Non-Serialized, Serialized, and Service as default values available for selection when creating products in the Product Catalog. [ADO-47315]
  • Product Catalog List is now available as an option for the Default Starting Page field in the My Preferences category on the System Settings screen. [ADO-30046]
  • You can now create more than ten subcategories on the Product Catalog tab in the System Tables category on the System Settings screen. [ADO-47531]
  • The options available in the Asset Type dropdown are now limited to Equipment, License, and Other when creating or editing customer assets. [ADO-46908]
  • Customers can now view a log of the payments they've made by clicking the Payment History button on the Invoices screen in the Customer Portal. [ADO-45843]
