New Features
- The Customer Portal option is now available from the Admin menu, allowing users with the appropriate permissions to manage whether you can access invoices and tickets in the Customer Portal.
Updates
- When entering or editing time logs on tickets, the Work Performed field now features the Reviize tool. When you click the Rev.iize button, Rev.io's in-app AI assistant helps you craft detailed Work Performed for the ticket. [ADO-55261]
- The new Associated Contacts field allows you to select multiple contacts when creating or editing tickets. This dropdown is populated with active contacts available on the customer account.
- The new Associated Contacts column on the ticket list view allows you to review how many contacts exist on the ticket. Clicking the arrow in this column displays the names of the contacts added to the ticket. [ADO-57279]
- You can now utilize the Associated Contact Email Address and Associated Contact Name tokens when creating or editing ticket-related workflow notifications. [ADO-57399]
- You can now control which users can delete tickets that do not have an assigned customer using the new Delete ticket with no assigned customer permission in the Ticketing permissions section. [ADO-56217]
- When creating or editing roles, the list of permissions categories now features the Expand All and Collapse All buttons to help you review and select permissions without having to expand each section individually. [ADO-57110]
- Rev.io now features a new login screen with a more presentable look and feel. [ADO-57219]
