New Features
- The FTP Sites screen is now available in the Admin area, which allows users to add, view, and manage FTP site configurations to support secure data exchanges. For each FTP site, you can also view, download, reprocess, and delete usage for any files contained on the site. [ADO-54944, 55575]
- You can control which users can create, view, edit, and delete FTP sites and files using the new FTP Files and FTP Sites permissions sections. [ADO-55672, 56295]
- You can now configure system tags for your customers in the new System Tags category on the System Settings screen. To assign a system tag to a customer, click the New Tag button on the customer profile and select the system tag from the new Select System Tag dropdown. [ADO-57859, 58035]
Updates
- When creating or editing ticket macros, the Work Requested field now features a rich-text editor, allowing for more flexibility when formatting information for the macros. [ADO-57855]
- When tickets are created from incoming emails, the system now automatically assigns the sender, if they are a contact on the customer account, as the Primary Contact on the ticket. [ADO-58215]
- When creating or editing tickets, the Associated Contacts grid now features a Phone column, which displays phone numbers for your associated ticket contacts. [ADO-57718]
- Users with the new Can transfer a ticket permission can now transfer tickets in an open, unbilled Status from one customer to another, allowing more flexibility for managing ticket ownership. Thanks to Yeti Networks for their feedback! [ADO-57867]
- When creating or editing quotes, the Address from the customer profile now automatically populates in the Client.StreetAddress variable as Address Line 1, Address Line 2 in the quote editor. [ADO-58022]
- Users of our legacy Billing platform can find billing code 1 products by searching Code 1 when creating or editing quotes. [ADO-57769]
Bug Fixes
- Once a purchase order is approved, the Product Names in the products grid on the purchase order are no longer being incorrectly replaced with the Product ID. Instead, the Product Name continues to display as expected. [ADO-58448]
