New Features

• The new Projects module allows you to manage projects by grouping related work, viewing all associated tickets, quotes, parts, labor, and time in one place, and maintaining full project context from start to finish. The Project Management screen provides an overview of phases, a Gantt view, and linked records for enhanced visibility and control.
• The new Rev.io Mobile app is now available on the App Store and Google Play, giving technicians the ability to manage tickets, view schedules, and access customer and contact details while on the go.
• The new Collections screen is available in the Billing module, allowing you to manage past-due customers with queues, communication templates, and a complete audit history. Additionally, the new Collections tab in the Billing section on customer accounts allows you to review and export a history of the collection steps taken for the specific customer. [ADO-59630]
• The new Audit Logs screen in the Admin module allows you to review system activity and user actions in Rev.io using various filters and a search feature.
• The HubSpot integration is now available in the Integrations Library within the Admin module. This integration supports a one-way sync of customer and contact data from HubSpot to Rev.io.
• The new Invoice Ticket button in the Transaction Details widget on the ticket stage side panel allows users with the appropriate permissions to fully invoice directly from a ticket. [ADO-59357]
• The Macros category on the System Settings screen features the new Ticket Activity Macros section where you can define custom macros to automatically update preset values on existing tickets, such as Status, Type, Severity, or Primary Technician, Work Performed, Activity Notes, and ticket Tags for faster and more consistent updates.
• The Ticket List features an updated look and feel, allowing you to apply multiple filters, adjust the spacing of the rows, and save and share customized views. [ADO-59360, 59361]
