Updates

  • When creating and editing workflows, you can now enter multiple email addresses in the To Email field so you can notify as many individuals as you want when the triggering event occurs. [ADO-26485]
  • The Calendar screen now defaults to the Week view instead of Month so you can easily see items for the current week at a glance. [ADO-35860]
  • The Description field on tickets is now consistently limited to 150 characters to prevent you from entering more characters than the system allows. [ADO-34721]
  • The Parts & Labor tab on tickets has been optimized for use on mobile devices. Simply log into Rev.io PSA from a browser on a mobile device to see how our platform adjusts to the smaller screen size. [ADO-34241]
  • In the Ticket Details section on the ticket stage side panel, the Created By field now consistently displays the user who created the ticket. [ADO-35835]


Bug Fixes

  • The Time Log Reason once again displays consistently for time logs in the weekly grid on the Timesheet screen. [ADO-32735]
  • When creating a new ticket, the Phone and Email now display for the Contact you selected. Previously, these fields displayed blank even after selecting a contact from the dropdown. [ADO-32192]
  • The Save button is no longer incorrectly enabled when there are no new changes to the Phone Number field in the Company Information section in the Company category on the System Settings screen. [ADO-35402]
